Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MAJR Pro (the "Platform"), operated by Prolific Tax and Multi Service LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

MAJR Pro provides tax practice management software, including CRM tools, client portals, document management, workflow automation, and AI-powered research tools. Features available to you depend on the plan you purchase.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@prm3tax.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Fees and Payment

MAJR Pro plans are offered as one-time setup fees with no recurring monthly charges unless otherwise stated. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a written agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to store or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our written consent.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to MAJR Pro. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the services. 7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content comprising the MAJR Pro platform are owned by Prolific Tax and Multi Service LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Platform as intended.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Tax outcomes depend on accurate information provided by you and are not guaranteed by the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prolific Tax and Multi Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cumberland County, North Carolina.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
